To pay a past due balance:
- Log in to your account
- Hover over the person icon in the top right corner
- Click "My Account"
Click "Pay now" under Current Plan section
Click "Yes, make payment" in the pop-up
This will charge your current Credit Card on file.
If you need to update the Credit Card or add a new one, click "update" under Billing Information.
