Coming from Kajabi, Skool or Teachable?
Paying for a suite you barely use?
Most people who move to CustomerHub weren't using much of what they were paying for. They had a course, maybe a community, inside a platform that also billed them for a CRM, email and funnels. If that's you, moving is straightforward: add your content, import your customers by CSV or through a connected app like Zapier, and tell them where to find you. You keep the tools you actually use, and stop paying for the ones you don't.

Who is CustomerHub for?
CustomerHub is built for coaches, course creators, membership businesses, agencies and service providers who want to deliver content, guide customers and build community in one connected experience.
Can I keep my existing CRM and email tools?
Yes. CustomerHub connects with Keap, ActiveCampaign, HighLevel, Kit and Drip. Keep those systems running your marketing and customer workflows while CustomerHub provides the customer-facing experience. See our integrations for the capabilities of each connection.
How fast can I be live?
About a day. If your onboarding steps, journeys or program material are ready, you can build them out and go live the same day. If you're launching a community, you don't need any content to start, so it's a day either way.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domains are available on Engage.
Do my customers need an app?
No. CustomerHub is fully responsive and behaves like a native app on mobile browsers without requiring a download.
Can I move from Kajabi, Skool or Teachable?
Yes. Add your content to CustomerHub, import your customers by CSV or through a connected app like Zapier, and let them know where to find you. Most people moving over were only using part of what they were paying for, so there's less to bring than they expect.
How do payments work?
We integrate directly with Stripe. We never take a percentage of your sales. You only pay standard Stripe processing fees. Note that storage fees apply over 50GB. Storage tiers adjust automatically as you grow.
What happens after the trial?
Your customer experience remains active and you'll be billed for the plan you selected. If you cancel before 30 days, you won't be charged.
