CustomerHub was co-founded in 2009 by Kyle and Nathan Leavitt. In 2011, the business was purchased by Keap (fka Infusionsoft).
After seven successful years at Keap, the original founders re-acquired the product back in 2018 with an exciting new vision for growth and innovation.
The new CustomerHub platform was launched in March of 2021, dramatically simplifying knowledge commerce.
