If a Member has forgotten their password, they can reset it using the forgot password option on your Sign-In page.
- Click the forgot my password link on your sign-in page
- Enter the email address you used when you signed up and click Send.
- Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
- Click the link to reset your password.
- Enter a new password and click the Reset button.
- You will automatically be signed in to your membership page.
PRO TIP: On the forgot password page there is a blurb: "If you still have problems logging in, please let us know." The text "please let us know" will link to the support email you specify in the Admin > Application Settings > Support Email.
